Our Story 

I am a sports enthusiast.

For me hydration meant drinking good amount of water. Had a electrolyte drink (ofcourse during sickness food poisoning). It was like a miracle that even without eating food for sometime I could have energy and strength just by having electrolyte water. This made me think and dig deep into different hydration drinks and the benefits.

During childhood days, I have seen many friends faint off during assembly time or during sports drills. I think everyone would have seen or experienced it. It can be due to low sugar (without breakfast), low blood pressure or dehydration. Now we are interested in dehydration, also during long journey/ travel getting headache (as water consumption is low, due to hygiene concerns) or food poisoning, diarrhea, vomiting, summer and so many reasons…

Let’s understand about different types of hydration drinks for different age groups. Like for example ORS, electrolyte drink, isotonic, hypertonic, hypotonic, protein water, work drinks, detox drinks, infused water in my blogs. Adding on the most trending Zero sugar drink 😜. I also have confusion with regard to no added sugar and zero sugar.. does both mean same? 🤔 Well let’s explore all these and more in the blogs.
